Blueberry Banana Melon Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 180g Epigamia Greek yogurt
  • ½ small cantaloupe (about 4” diameter)
  • ¼ cup purple grapes or blueberries, halved
  • ½ medium banana or kiwi, chopped
  • Handful unsalted almonds, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
Preparation
  1. Cut the melon in half. Scoop out and discard the seeds
  2. Fill the cantaloupe bowl with preferred flavour of Greek yogurt. Add the chia seeds and stir.
  3. Top with kiwi/banana/grapes/blueberries.
  4. Add the almonds and sprinkle the chia seeds.
