YOGURT BASED SPREADS (OLIVE SPREAD)

ALONG WITH MEALS
• ½ cup chopped assorted olives • 2 cloves chopped garlic cloves
• 1 tsp olive oil • 2 cups Epigamia Natural Greek Yogurt
• 1 tsp parsley chopped • 1 tsp fresh grated lemon zest
• Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. In a small sauté pan, lightly brown chopped garlic in olive oil over a medium high heat.
2. Gently fold in olives, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt and pepper into yogurt.
3. Chill it for some time.
4. Can be easily used as a spread over breads, buns to snack up anytime during the day.
